증상
ABS 경고등 점등. 진단 결과 압력 스위치 회로 불일치 표시. 라이브 데이터에서 압력 스위치 회로가 214bar에 고착되어 있고 영구 고장 코드(BC로 시작하는 코드) 기록 중. 펌프 내부 회로 기판 또는 칩 고장으로 추정. 시각적 검사 및 다른 라이브 데이터는 정상.
처리 내용
ABS 펌프 내부 회로 기판/칩 고장으로 판단됨. 펌프 전체 교체 시 임모빌라이저 재프로그래밍 필요(BCM과 연동). 선택지: 1) 펌프를 전문 수리소로 발송하여 회로 기판 수리(약 £200) - 제거, 발송, 재장착 필요로 약 1주일 소요. 2) 펌프 내부 임모빌라이저 부품을 새 펌프로 이전 후 교체. 커넥터 접촉 불량 등 간단한 원인은 사전에 확인 완료. 이 경우 일반 공구로는 해결 불가능하므로 전문 수리 필요.
