증상
수개월 전부터 불규칙하게 발생. 엔진 시작 후 18번 비프음이 울리던 증상 있음. 키를 돌려도 아무 반응 없음 - 계기판 조명은 모두 켜지지만 엔진음 없음. 수분~수시간 후 시작 가능. 최근 시작 시 5번 비프음 울림. 그 다음 시작은 안 됨. 크랭킹 시도 없음. 점화 스위치 교체, 배터리 단자 점검, 전기/스타터 모두 정상 확인됨.
처리 내용
VATS/PassKey/보안 키 저항값을 점화 스위치가 제대로 읽지 못하는 문제로 추정. GMC Yukon Denali (1999-2010, 2012-2013 모델) 에서 보고된 문제. 반-도난 시스템 오류로 인한 시동 불가 및 보안등 점등 가능성. 점화 스위치 교체 필요. PassLock 시스템의 경고등 정상 작동 상태: 벌브 체크 시 점등 → 엔진 구동 중 소등 → 고장 발생 시 상시 점등 → 학습 모드 시 점멸. 정상 작동 시 벌브 체크 시 점등, 엔진 구동 중 소등, DIC 메시지 없음이 표준.

ECM에서 P0573 코드가 발생하고 있습니다. 핀포인트 테스트에서는 BCM으로 가는 배선을 점검하도록 지시하는데, 이것이 직관적이지 않아 보였습니다. 하지만 두 제어기가 네트워크로 통신한다는 것을 알고 있어서 BCM으로 가는 배선을 점검하기 시작했습니다.
06 GMC Z71 프론트 브레이크 패드 교체 후 브레이크 완전 손실. 페달이 스펀지처럼 부드러움. 여러 번 에어 빼기(블리딩) 시도해도 페달 감촉 회복 안 됨. 정비사가 마스터 실린더 교체해도 문제 지속. 페달이 내려오지 않음. 브레이크 부스터 분리 시 에어가 폭발적으로 분사됨.
2010 GMC Canyon에서 시동 직후 기어에 넣을 때 브레이크가 풀리지 않으며, 가속하면 팝 소리와 함께 풀림. 처음 2-3번 시동 후 증상 완화되고 차량 워밍업 후 호전됨. 날씨가 추워지면서 시작되었고, 기온이 올라가면 거의 멈춤. 후륜 실린더 교체 예정.
고압 슈레더 밸브에서 냉매가 누출되어 냉매 부족으로 인해 컴프레서가 켜졌다 꺼졌다를 반복함. 컴프레서 코일 와이어를 분리했다가 누수 수리 및 진공 배출, 냉매 재충전 후 와이어를 다시 연결했으나 컴프레서가 작동하지 않음. 배터리와 어스에 별도 커넥터를 연결하여 충전해도 원래 트럭 플러그 연결 시 컴프레서가 여전히 작동하지 않음.
