I often fantasise about driving some sort of massive truck with bull bars which I could use to dispatch s like the ones described above who think it's ok to try and block overtakes and other similar fkwittery. Just give their rear quarter a little love tap and send them spinning off into oblivion. Then I return to reality and remember this would probably be frowned upon......

Dawdling is the future.We had better get used to it Sadly i agree, i spend most of my now thankfully diminishing working days in an artic being held up by various cars/suvs/vans, they can't make any attempt at normal progress on a two way road but soon as the dual carriagway or overtaking lane appears they're foot to the floor till the overtaking opportunity is finsihed, not as i'll be attempting an overtake in a truck because i know exactly what these types will but they ruin the chances for competent car driver who could make progress who don't want to overtake someone who's suddenly gone fro 45mph to 80.I don't get annoyed in the truck because you can't do this job for decades if you can't stand being pissed about by all and sundry, in one of our two cars i can usually get past them by subterfuge when they don't expect it.Can fully understand why people get angry, i don't think its the travelling speed of these people so much as the mind boggling incompetence on display behind the wheel for which they have no shame and the antics they adopt to stop everyone else who has places to go and jobs to do from doing.It wasn't always like this, the roads were much more useable going back 30+ years, WTF has happened to people they b

I’ve recently bought a Range Rover for the fourth time. However, here I am and here's the start of the story.To gain some perspective we need to jump in the time machine and look back to my late teens where, after crashing my 1st car after 2 days of driving, a 1.4 Ford Escort, I pick up my first Citroen Saxo. It was a 1.1 with the MK2 conversion and VTR body kit in Poseidon Blue. It was great car that I did a few period relevant modifications too.
