증상

2003 오펠 아질라의 헤드램프 회로에 0.85mm² 배선이 사용되어 있고, 110W의 고출력 H4 불릿을 설치하고 싶습니다. 스톡 배선이 고출력 불릿 사용 시 녹을 수 있다는 정보를 발견했습니다. 현재 15A 퓨즈가 사용 중이므로(측면당 최대 180W), 사양이 충분한지 확인이 필요합니다.

처리 내용

기존 회로를 한계까지 밀어붙이지 마십시오. 대신 기존 회로를 릴레이 제어용으로 사용하고, 불릿에 직접 공급하는 배선은 별도의 굵은 배선으로 교체하십시오. 최소 3.3mm²(12 AWG) 배선을 사용하고 20A 퓨즈로 보호하십시오. 엔진룸용 고온 배선(GXL 또는 TXL 타입)을 사용하십시오. 추가 고려사항: 110W 불릿은 순수 소비전력 기준으로 지정되며, 조명의 실제 효율성이나 광출력을 반영하지 않습니다. 램프 하우징이 110W 불릿을 위해 설계되지 않았을 수 있으며, 광 패턴이 제대로 제어되지 않아 전방 시인성이 개선되지 않고 대향차 운전자가 눈부심을 경험할 수 있습니다.
