증상
스즈키 스위프트 디젤에서 아침 첫 시동 시 오일 압력 경고등이 엔진 시동 후 4-5초간 켜져 있음. 엔진이 뜨거울 때 재시동하면 경고등이 바로 꺼짐.
처리 내용
냉시동 시 오일 압력등이 더 오래 켜져 있는 것은 정상임 - 오일이 모두 오일팬에 내려앉아 있어서 압력이 올라오는데 시간이 걸림. 일부 디젤 엔진은 휘발유 자동차보다 더 진유를 사용하기 때문에 압력이 올라오는 데 더 오래 걸리지만, 반대로 내려가는 것도 더 천천함. 자동차 나이를 확인해 보면 오일 펌프가 노후되어 압력 상승에 시간이 더 걸릴 수 있음. 품질 좋은 오일 필터를 사용하는 것도 중요함 - 저가 제품들은 역류방지 밸브가 없어서 냉시동마다 필터를 채워야 하는데, 좋은 필터는 오일이 가득 찬 상태로 유지됨.
