A proper 'feel good' story.I love it.
PistonBroker said: I grew up in Worcestershire - 28 minutes from the Pembleton factory according to Google - and it's fantastic to see. Like some others here, I'd already seen Jonny drive one on The Late Brake Show. I've got one in the Lotto garage, alongside a Morgan, naturally. And, as I now live in Somerset, I'll have to have an Ariel too.Probably need to add a Grinnall Scorpion to that list as well. They were built just a few miles from where I grew up. The chap down the road who replaced the gearbox in my old man's Nova SR was a good mate of Mark Grinnall's and worked with him on the Scorpion. I remember him turning up in one on a summer's evening in the early 90s and taking Dad out for a spin in it.When I was a spotty 19 year old many moons ago in the early 90s, a friend who knew Mark Grinnall arranged for me to have a drive of their Scorpion prototype. He very trustingly gave me the keys, a quick rundown of the controls and told me to go and have some fun, though said he had a lot riding on it financially so to not crash it please!i recall seeing the remains of his V12-engined TR7 in which he'd left the road in testing...Absolutely brilliant car, I loved it.

This looks fantastic. I think it's got to a point you'd have to be daft to buy the G90 M5 over this or a top end Taycan. Either pure combustion or pure electric, the PHEVs are just a pointless, overcomplicated middle option

Still as subtle as a brick in your face. Not for me.

Other than a slightly bulky rear end, I think that looks fantastic. 9/10. And it's a saloon, not another bloody SUV - hurrah!
