처리 내용

차량 높이를 1인치 이상 낮출 때는 바닥 접촉(scraping)이나 쇼크 최대 스트로크 도달을 피하기 위해 스프링 레이트를 높여야 합니다. 스프링 레이트를 ~10% 이상 변경하면 쇼크도 교체해야 합니다. 스프링 레이트 변경 시 차량의 각 코너 무게를 알아야 정확한 계산이 가능합니다. 대략적 추정값으로 GVW를 4로 나누면 각 스프링당 무게를 구할 수 있습니다(제공된 정보 기준 약 800lbs/스프링). 3인치 낮추려면 약 154lbf/in 레이트가 필요합니다. 225lbf/in 스프링은 미장착 길이가 7mm 더 짧으므로(cm가 mm의 오기로 가정), 전체적으로 약 1.6인치 정도 낮아질 것으로 예상됩니다. 변경 후 쇼크 교체를 권장합니다.
