증상
2008 Ford Mondeo MK4 2.0 TDCi (AZBA 엔진) 정상 작동 온도 도달 후 정지 시 시동 곤란, 크랭킹에 약 10초 소요. OBD2 스캔으로 P0087 (레일 저압) 에러 코드 확인. 3개의 인젝터에서 심각한 누유 발생.
처리 내용
좌측 저압-고압 연료라인 에어 블리딩 후, 문제는 리프트 펌프가 아니라 고압펌프 입구의 러버 씰(rubber seal)임을 진단. Mondeo MK3와 달리 MK4에서 리프트 펌프는 연료탱크에 없고 커먼레일 펌프에 통합되어 있음을 확인 (PSA 엔진과 동일 구조). 러버 씰을 교체하니 270,000 km 주행한 차량이 정상 작동. 향후 같은 고장이 반복되면 고압펌프 근처에 역지밸브(non-return valve) 및 소형 가솔린 펌프를 설치하여 연료라인 내 유동성 개선 권장.
