2007 Ford Fiesta ST150에 콜드 에어 인테이크 모드 장착 후 오일 캐치 캔 설정을 설치하려고 함. PCV 밴트가 인테이크 매니폴드 뒤에 있어서 전체 매니폴드를 제거해야 접근 가능. 엔진에 두 개의 PCV 밸브가 있음: 상단 크랭크케이스 브리더(에어 인테이크로 복귀) 및 하단 크랭크케이스 브리더(인테이크 매니폴드로 복귀)
처리 내용
상단 및 하단 PCV의 작동 압력(실제로는 대기압 이하의 음압)이 다를 것으로 예상됨. 그렇지 않으면 이미 합쳐져 있었을 것. 설치 전에 계획을 확인하려면 각 PCV 라인의 실제 압력 강하를 측정하고, 오일 캐치 캔 설계가 두 개의 서로 다른 음압 조건에 대응할 수 있는지 확인 필요. 인테이크 매니폴드 제거 없이 하단 브리더에 접근할 수 있는 대체 경로 검토 권장.
