증상
클러치 페달을 끝까지 밟을 때 '회전음' 같은 소리가 간헐적으로 들림 (오늘 아침에 시작했다가 오후에는 사라짐). 증상이 나타날 때 기어 투입 시 급격하고 즉각적인 결합. 증상은 보통 5분 정도 지속되다가 며칠간 사라짐. 약 30,000마일 전 3피스 클러치 킷으로 교체했었음.
처리 내용
클러치 페달 풀 디프레스 상태에서 나는 음성은 릴리즈 베어링(Release Bearing)일 가능성이 높습니다. 현재 설명으로는 큰 문제가 없을 것 같습니다. 릴리즈 베어링은 보통 클러치 킷에 포함되는 부품이며, 클러치 교체 시 트랜스미션이 이미 분리된 상태이므로 함께 교체하는 것이 비용 효율적입니다. 현재로서는 크게 걱정할 필요 없지만, 클러치 결합/분리 포인트가 변하거나 슬리피지가 다시 발생하면 점검받으세요. 특히 음성이 계속 반복되고 지속되면 그때 조치를 취하세요. 지금은 큰 문제로 보이지 않습니다.

2000 911 996 클램셸 모터 설치 중 모터 샤프트가 트랜스미션 케이블과 정렬되지 않음. 저항을 6.2로 설정했으나 클램셸을 서비스 위치(최대 후진)에 놓았을 때도 정렬 문제 발생.
