2004 Proton Wira (1994 Mitsubishi Colt 엔진 동일), 연료분사식. 시동 직후 엔진이 억압된 느낌, 처음에는 회전이 힘들다가 몇 분 후 정상화됨. 엔진룸에서 팝핑음 발생.
백파이어 증상으로 보임. 다음을 확인하세요: 1) 타이밍라이트로 점화시기(spark timing) 확인. 2) 스파크플러그 제거하여 손상, 부식, 검정색/흰색/윤기 등 확인 후 순서대로 사진 촬영. 3) OBD2 리더로 결함코드 확인. 4) 인젝터 근처 연료필터 확인하여 오염물질 제거. 5) 연료 압력(fuel pressure) 확인. 6) 진공 호스 균열/누수 확인. 7) 진공누수와 인테이크 매니폴드 누수 찾기: 부탄토치 사용(불을 붙이지 말고 가스만 분사), 엔진 주변에서 천천히 이동시킬 때 누수 부분에서 RPM 증가로 판단 가능. *** 주의: 역화(backfire) 위험, 화염 위험 있음. 토치는 최소한만 분사, 반드시 소화기 준비 필수. 매우 위험한 작업이므로 주의요망. ***
