HVAC 시스템 작동 불규칙: 초기에 무반응, 그 후 갑자기 송풍 시작(디프로스트 모드), 불규칙적으로 꺼졌다 켜짐. 송풍 속도와 오토/에코 모드만 반응, 디프로스트 모드 및 온도 조절 제어 무반응. 3단계 송풍 모두 작동. 히터 매트릭스 통수 확인했으나 온수 없음(블렌드 플랩 미작동 의심). 수동 모드에서도 난방 없음. 디프로스트 모드 작동 안 함. 오토/에코 모드에서 리써큘레이션 플랩이 열려있음. 콘솔 측면(기후 제어 ECU 위치) 두드렸을 때 한 번 시스템 꺼짐. AC는 정상 작동(냉각 우수). Delanair Mk3 시스템(XJ40/XJS 동일).
1. 히터 밸브 교체 완료, 진공 제어 작동 확인됨 - 문제 아님. 2. 블렌드 플랩 모터 및 포텐셔미터 점검 필요(온수 부재 원인). 3. 기후 제어 ECU 의심(불규칙한 작동, 물리적 자극에 반응): ECU 교체 또는 내부 연결부 점검 필요. 4. 리써큘레이션 플랩 진공 제어 시스템 점검. 5. 팬 유닛 양쪽 모두 작동 확인되었으므로 팬 모터는 정상. 6. 온도 제어 센서(인캐빈) 신호 점검. ECU 고장 가능성이 가장 높음 - 교체 권장.
