증상
6개월 전 씰 고장으로 인한 오일 누수가 발생했었고(과다 오일 레벨이 원인), 현재 누수는 해결되었으나 주행거리에 따라 점진적인 오일 소비 발생. 최근 3개월간 1000km당 약 1리터 이하의 오일 소비. 사용 환경 기온 45°C 이상에서 사용설명서 권장 10w30 오일 사용 중. PCV에서 오일 증기 발생. 스파크플러그 교체 시 오일 습윤 확인. 400km 연속 주행 시에는 오일 소비가 없었으나, 주행 패턴에 따라 소비 발생 차이 있음.
처리 내용
엔진 오버홀 전에 먼저 PCV 시스템을 점검하여 밸브가 정상 작동하는지 확인하십시오. PCV 과다 진공(흡입력이 너무 높음)이 오일을 빨아들일 수 있으며, 현재 소비량이 이와 일치할 수 있습니다. 파란 연기(백연기는 냉시동 시 정상적인 수증기)가 보이지 않으면 시간 경과에 따른 소비량은 매우 적은 수준입니다. 단거리 주행도 소비가 발생했으나 도심 정차/가속 주행 시 더 심해질 수 있습니다. PCV 교체는 대부분 저렴한 비용입니다. 지속되면 오일 캐치 캔 설치를 고려하십시오.
