Echo other people's comments on price. The SC really is the S2 to have, though, IMO. You can rev it out just like the NA, it has the rush to the redline pretty much the same, it's faster everywhere, and it's much less hard work when you're just cruising. I don't think you miss anything from the NA version, and gain a fair bit more, not least the rather addictive supercharger sound as you wind it up. (Although I know some don't like that, mind you.)This is just a normal SC with some gold bits. I think it looks less good than a normal SC, personally. It is also in far from "as new" condition. I can't really see where the "restoration" here is, perhaps some minor paintwork, which often needs attention at this sort of age anyway. I doubt very much that this has had a nut-and-bolt restoration on it, given the lack of attention to detail on at least the interior.My SC has had a fairly usual amount of wear and tear (looked after but not a garage queen), is a similar mileage, and looks pretty similar all round really.The rear lights arent original, either - look like an early version (GRP v1 or v2) of the Greg's Racing Parts aftermarket ones. I wouldn't want those - the brake lights were never really bright enough under direct sunlight until the v4 version came out.Edited by herebebeasties on Thursday 30th July 15:12
