증상

운전 중 차량이 약간 우측으로 드리프트되고 감속 시 좌측으로 드리프트됨. 앞 타이어 좌측(n/s) 내측 엣지에서 불균형한 마모 발생.

Hi, thanks for commenting. It's an interesting phenomenon that after a fairly short period of ownership, my perceptions about the capabilities of something on 4 wheels changed, and I learnt to accept that what I previously thought wasn't possible now is. Which is where I find myself with this car. I was probably a braver and generally faster driver in my early 30s when I had a Corrado VR6, but obviously as time's progressed, the general outlook on people like me has changed and become more negative, which in itself has caused me to calm down. Unless I'm on the IOM obvs! The MR2 is such a thing of it's era, and in some respects more accessible more of the time, just by dint of having less of everything, but it's none the worse for that, and I love it for very different reasons to the Evo. I understand what you mean about thinking you would prefer the MR2, but I also think it's true to say that the Evo is so capable and user friendly in handling terms that even if someone like me can get the best out of it after a period of acclimatisation, most people with a modicum of ability also could. It's not at all intimidating. I can't drive anything else as fast or as well as I can the Evo, and I don't think I could, even if I'd had experience of anything else for such an extended period. Having said that, it threw me off in the rain at about 100 mph at Croft in 2016. It's absolutely fair to say I was asking for it! No harm done fortunately.I can't recommend the IOM enough, it's just a lovely place to spend time, and given you have other interests with the fishing etc, you would probably get more out of the experience than me. I tend to, rather unfairly, treat it as a bit of a one trick pony and just go for the driving, which undervalues it's overall appeal. I sometimes wonder if I lived there how long it would take for the novelty to wear off.My 16 year old psycho is unbelievably resilient.
