증상
타이어 내측 립(비드 안쪽의 추가 러버 부분, 비드 자체 제외)에 손상이 있음. 이미지에서 보이는 손상. 타이어는 공기를 정상적으로 유지하고 있음. 런플랫 타이어로 더 경직된 상태. 매년 타이어 장착/분리할 때 이런 손상이 일반적인지 묻는 상황.
처리 내용
이런 종류의 손상은 매우 흔합니다. 이 손상은 일반적으로 타이어 분리 과정에서 발생합니다. 타이어 비드 내부에는 강철 코드가 있어서 늘어날 수 없습니다. 타이어를 장착하기 위해 림의 중앙에 좁은 부분이 있어서 한쪽 비드를 이 좁은 부분에 밀어넣고 다른 쪽을 림 가장자리 위로 넘길 수 있습니다. 로우프로필 타이어의 경우 두 번째 비드를 좁은 부분 높이까지 내리는 것이 매우 어렵습니다. 이는 반대편 비드의 내측 가장자리에 추가 스트레스를 줄 수 있습니다. 타이어 장착 시에는 비드를 위에서 아래로 밀어넣어 손상이 적지만, 분리 시에는 아래에서 비드를 들어올려서 비드가 더 취약해집니다. 로우프로필 타이어용으로 특별히 설계되지 않은 장비를 사용하거나 훈련이 부족한 정비사가 작업하면 이런 손상이 발생합니다. 개인적으로도 동일한 손상을 유발한 경험이 있으므로 아무도 면할 수 없지만, 좋은 정비사와 적절한 장비를 사용하면 최소화할 수 있습니다.

For context: All these rentals were through a company portal and enterprise is the only option, I don't pay a penny for them...... howeverAsked for a Volvo X60 was given a base model JLR evoke with shredded tyres and the normal JLR dashboard light xmas tree. complained and got given a hybrid cash cow as an equivalent (a truly terrible car)Asked for a ford focus and stated in rental request form and on the phone to supplying branch "NOTHING FRENCH" dropped off a 2024 pug 5008 with the lap mounted steering wheel complained and got "upgraded" to a Vauxhall grand land with a red service spanner
