증상
2005 쉐보레 코발트 LS에서 후진 쪽(운전석 쪽으로 추정)에서 큰 클릭/쿵쿵거리는 소음 발생. 몇 시간 이상 주차 후 출발할 때 주로 발생하며, 약 5분 후 멈추지만 회전 시 또는 무작위로 다시 시작됨. 최근 전방 승객석 볼조인트와 운전석 후진 코일 스프링 교체함. 지역의 포트홀로 인해 지속적인 서스펜션/스티어링 문제 발생.
처리 내용
타이어 벨트 손상이나 진동 문제는 눈에 띄고 지속적이므로 가능성 낮음. 전륜구동 차량이므로 후진 액슬, 디프, CV 조인트 없음. 문제는 거의 확실히 토션빔 스프링과 쇼크로 구성된 후진 서스펜션에 있음. 최근 운전석 후진 스프링 교체 작업을 했으므로 그 부분을 먼저 확인할 것. 첫 번째 확인 사항: 휠이 제대로 볼트로 고정되었는지 확인(양쪽 모두 확인). 휠이 정상이면 서스펜션 점검 필요. 스프링 교체 시 서스펜션을 제대로 재조립하지 않았을 가능성, 또는 재사용된 부시가 열화되어 손상되었을 가능성, 또는 다른 부품이 손상되었을 가능성 있음. 차량을 들어올린 후 서스펜션 부품을 흔들어 유격 확인 필요.
