증상
2002 VW 파사트 왜건 2.8 V6, 97k마일. 고객이 도로의 움푹한 곳을 지날 때 진동 불평, 특히 현저함. 시험 운전으로 확인됨 - 조향휠에서 고주파 버징/셔더링(조향력 없이 순수 진동만), 모든 속도에서 감지되나 미약함. 급가속 및 현가 압축 시 급격히 증가. 약 60mph에서 썬루프 딸거림.
처리 내용
엔진/트랜스미션 마운트 점검. 전체 마운트 교체가 필요했으나 정비소가 특히 어려운 1개 마운트는 미교체하고 나머지만 교체함(고객은 전체 교체 비용을 지불함). 재방문 시 남은 원본 마운트 교체 완료 - 마운트 상태 불량 확인됨. 송장 확인 시 '전체' 마운트 교체로 기재되어 있으나 실제로는 미시공된 상태였음. 마운트 전체 교체 필수.

2002 VW 파사트 1.8T가 시동이 걸리지 않음. 시동 키 회전 시 클릭음 없음. 도어락이 키로 작동하지 않고 2초 후 자동으로 열림. 시동 위치에서 배터리 표시등과 EPC 표시등이 계속 켜짐. 브레이크 표시등이 시동 시 점등. 라디오는 작동하지만 윈도우, 선루프, 파워 미러 작동 안 됨. 실내등(돔, 리딩, 트렁크)이 켜지지 않음. 헤드램프 및 외부 조명 작동 상태 미확인.
