증상

처리 내용
서스펜션 볼트에 Loctite를 사용하는 것은 권장하지 않음. 이유: 1) Loctite가 경화된 후 재토크할 때 잘못된 토크 수치를 얻게 됨 - Loctite의 고정 작용으로 인해 실제보다 훨씬 높은 토크가 필요한 것처럼 나타남. 2) 재토크를 위해 볼트를 풀 때 Loctite 접착면을 파괴하게 되어 원래의 고정 효과가 없어짐. 결론: 서스펜션 볼트는 재토크가 필요하므로(좋은 관행임) Loctite를 사용하지 않는 것이 명확한 답. 현재 진행 중인 정토크 후 500마일 재토크 및 마킹 방법이 가장 적절한 관리 방식.
