When I bought my leggy F11, autotrader was having a full on spinal tap reading on how much it was overpriced. Cracking car, but was definitely a gamble.I really, really like that one though for the entry price. Thank god for the awful tyre sidewalls, which I assume are worse than linglongs.

It s hard to imagine it would have just run happily for all those miles on the factory oil.Surely it would just be brown, stinking water by that point...Years ago, we had a series of Peugeot 206s - with the awful AL4 auto gearbox. Peugeot used to claim they were sealed for life - from the documentation it seemed more like "sealed for the life of the warranty". The manufacturers of the box itself recommended a fluid level check every 20k miles and replacement at 60k, which was more like it.Even when they weren't faulty, those gearboxes were bloody awful. We never had any major issues with the 206s themselves, most got close to 200k but the gearboxes were what killed them.Iveco specialist supply service kits for the ZF8.A friend got to 270k in his, running at 7 tonne most of the time with a trailer, before it let go.now he is running a two car 7.2 tonne.
