증상
주차 브레이크를 매번 사용하면 드럼 브레이크가 자동 조정되는지 문의. 백 플레이트에 수동 조정용 접근 구멍이 없음.
처리 내용
대부분의 자동 조정식 드럼 브레이크는 주차 브레이크가 아닌 풋 브레이크를 역주행 중에 밟을 때 작동합니다. 주차 공간에서 후진할 때마다 풋 브레이크를 밟으면 브레이크가 자동 조정됩니다. 브레이킹 어셈블리 내부에는 브레이크 슈에 연결된 레버 암이 있으며, 역주행 중 브레이크 슈가 움직일 때 작은 스터드 다이얼을 돌려 나선 작용으로 브레이크 슈를 벌려주어 조정합니다. 슈가 움직일 수 있는 범위만큼만 조정되므로 과조정은 불가능합니다. 조정 슬롯을 찾으셨다면 백 플레이트 하단에 있어야 하며, 통상 이물질 방지용 러버 플러그로 막혀 있을 수 있습니다.

2019 Dodge Ram 5.7L HEMI, 100km 미만. 브레이크 작업 후 시운전 중 풀 스로틀로 0-70mph까지 한 번 가속 후 발생. 엔진 미스파이어 시작, 체크 엔진 라이트 깜박임. 리듬컬한 탭탭탭 소리 발생(collapsed lifter 유사음). 2/3 스로틀 이상에서만 발생, 정상 주행 시에는 미스만 있고 해머링음 없음.

Lovely ready and I love your choice!! The E60 was one of the best M5s I ever had - On road and track Use it, and enjoy every moment of the magnificent engine!! I did more track days in my E60 than all my other cars in the past combined I would hazard a guess at. So many fond memories. My advice, put a decent set of brakes on it, I ended up with 12 Piston Calipers and 400mm rotas with all the track days I did and it really transformed it and the confidence it gave to the car.

I'm very observant when driving or walking, the other day I walked my son to school alongside a busy road, I reckon 80% of the cars that passed me were looking down at phones. I had a van pull out on me on a roundabout a few months ago and then slam his brakes on, phone clearly visible so I submitted the footage to TVP and to my surprise they sent me a letter confirming a prosecution. The amount of times I've had to swerve recently because of cars swerving onto my side of the road is diabolical.
