증상
2009 Honda Accord EX 4기통. 차를 2일간 사용하지 않았고 모든 창문과 썬루프가 닫혀 있었으며 차가 잠겨 있었음. 3일째 다른 차로 집을 나갔을 때 자신의 차 썬루프와 모든 창문이 열려 있음을 발견. 리모컨으로는 창문이나 썬루프를 열 수 없음. 도어도 모두 잠겨 있었음.
처리 내용
2009 Honda Accord 소유자 매뉴얼에 따르면 이 차량은 리모컨 송신기로 창문과 썬루프를 열 수 있는 기능이 있음. 리모컨의 버튼이 실수로 누군가에 의해 활성화되어 이 기능이 작동했을 가능성이 높음. 리모컨 버튼이 의도치 않게 눌렸거나 차 근처에서 우발적으로 누군가가 리모컨을 조작했을 가능성을 확인해보길 권장.
