Use new and improved st-be-Gone every time you wipe, guaranteed to remove even the most stubborn cling-ons!!!And now episode 4 of THE BOBBERSESES DO THE NC500.....After a very restful night at the Travel Together hotel at John O'Groats we left and headed for Thurso where I was hoping to stop the now virtually continuous twitching, blinking and heavy breathing I was suffering after failing to procure the required bottles of whisky I had set my sights on.....Woo and indeed hoo I cheered as a spending spree ensued, now in the spirit of complete honesty and mainly because it would appear that I have a problem otherwise, I did manage to acquire three of the required seven whiskies I need to represent the distilleries on the NC500, namely Dalmore, Clynelish and Old Pulteney, at a shop at John O'Groats yesterday, however I digress, I picked up five more in Thurso giving me a grand total of 12 bottles so far acquired.We left Thurso and got back on the NC500 and shortly after the undulating and easy bends gave way to far more serious roads, steep gradients, stunning vistas which a camera just doesn't do justice to, bleak cliff faces dropping into a grey ocean, huge inlets with golden beaches, lochs, really sharp bends, and single track roads with multiple passing places everywhere, sodding campers and motorhomes to either let through or get by, groups of motorbikes, and simply stunning mountains and valleys with rivers running through heading for that steel grey ocean.And so we arrived at Durness, it's tiny and there's bugger all here, as we were approaching the weather turned, it had been overcast and occasionally showery but generally dry, but over the course of an hour the wind came up, the rain came down and visibility declined, we'd stopped at Smoo Cave hotel for a coffee but despite having a coach load of people in the restaurant they told us they weren't open until 153

Thankyou for all the updates on you pe , going to look at this one for the wife this weekend ( her idea of a retirement car ) , I’m not sure we will buy it as she normally ends up in tears and says she would rather keep her mk7 st , but you never know , the orange is lovely , and I think a good update on her st .

Paid deposit on this at 09.15, seller needs to sort another car before I can hopefully collect on Monday.Pretty grubby inside, just needs a good clean, as does the outside.MOT history is fine, servicing up to 1000 miles ago.I see it as an upgraded 3.0 Alfa GTV...
