엔진 냉각수 부족 상태에서 계속 운전해도 안전한가?
처리 내용
아니다. 온도 게이지를 계속 확인하면서 운전해도 안전하지 않다. 온도 센서는 냉각수 온도를 감지하는데, 냉각수 수위가 너무 낮아져서 센서 아래로 떨어지면 센서는 금속(보통 실린더 헤드) 온도를 읽게 된다. 게이지에 고온 경고가 뜰 때쯤이면 엔진이 이미 손상된 상태다. 이런 식으로 엔진을 망치는 고객들이 많다.

I bought one of these 3 years ago for £21k it had 19k miles on it and all factory options ticked aside from heated steering wheel and colour changing interior lights.For the money I could have bought a semi ropey 90k+ miles German saloon of similar spec and power and would have spend money fixing the higher mileage problems that they would have come with.As it stands, coming up to 37k miles I've paid for new tyres, brakes and a coolant bottle because it had a hairline crack the MOT history is and always has been a clear pass, not a single advisory and I get to hear a supercharged V6 every time
