증상

6.0 LQ4 엔진 블록(쉐보레 LS2 아이언 블록, 서버번 등에 사용) 구입 후 터보차징용으로 엔진 빌드 시작. 포지드 피스톤, 링 갭, ARP 볼트 전체 사용. 머신샵에서 블록, 헤드, 크랭크 작업 완료 후 조립 진행 중.

처리 내용

서브프레임 완성 후 연료탱크 탈거 및 AN8, AN6 신규 공급/리턴 라인 설치. 인탱크 연료펌프를 Deatsch-Werks 400(415lph) 유닛으로 교체하고 DW 연료 압력 레귤레이터 및 인젝터 장착. 기어박스는 재규어 XF의 ZF 8HP70(BMW, 재규어, 랜드로버, 닷지 등에 사용되는 모던 8단 변속기) 선택. 기어박스 TCU는 MAXXECU 소프트웨어로 플래시하여 압력 한계 상향 조정 및 기타 설정. 프론트 섬프 장착 후 픽업 파이프가 약 1인치 부족하여 연장하여 바닥으로부터 8-10mm 거리 유지하도록 조정. 모든 위치 확인 후 마운트 제작 및 볼팅 완료.
