증상
런플랫 타이어 3개의 측면이 손상됨 (내부 철심이 노출됨). 정비사는 이것이 런플랫 타이어에서 정상이라고 주장하며 안전하다고 함. 손상을 미리 알리지 않았고 보상으로 설치만 제공하겠다고 함.
처리 내용
이것은 정상이 아니며 안전하지 않음. 런플랫 타이어는 전문적인 타이어 체인저와 교육받은 기술자가 필요함. 부적절한 장비와 기술로 인한 손상이 발생했을 가능성이 높음. 신품 타이어와 전문적인 설치를 요구할 권리가 있음. 타이어 제조사에 연락하여 이것이 비정상임을 확인받을 수 있음. 로컬 독립 정비소의 경우 어려울 수 있으나, 프랜차이즈나 대형 체인점이면 상급사에 항의 가능. 향후 이 정비소 방문은 권장하지 않음.

Been and collected it this lunchtime after another test drive and I read the codes whilst out & about and thankfully zero issues Will collect the 18" alloys & winter tyres ASAP and then sell the 403Ms off; they've just been refurbed but a) I don't like them that much, b) not a fan of black wheels at all and c) the RFTs are crap Parts already been ordered (OEM velour mats and M Sport grilles via Cotswolds BMW) and a full oil & filter change kit etcThe parts list will continue to grow haha
