증상
시동 직후 엔진 근처에서 간헐적인 팝핑/클릭음 발생 (고압 밸브에서 공기가 빠지는 듯한 PFFFT 소리처럼 들림). 가속 중이나 주행 중에 6~7초마다 발생하지만 공회전 시에는 발생하지 않음. 주행 5~6분 후 음향 소거. A/C 켜졌을 때만 발생 (A/C 끄면 음향 없음). 지난 4~5개월간 점진적으로 악화됨.
처리 내용
에어컨 컴프레서 클러치 마모. 마찰재 손상으로 금속 대 금속 접촉 시 소음 발생. 컴프레서가 엔진 부하 시 컴퓨터에 의해 반복적으로 온/오프되면서 클러치가 떨어졌다 다시 물리는 과정에서 SLAP음 발생. 고속 주행 시 엔진 부하가 일정하게 유지되어 음향 소거. 현재는 성능상 문제없으나 마모가 진행될수록 컴프레서 클러치 또는 전체 컴프레서 교체 필요 가능성 있음 (클러치가 컴프레서에 일체형인 경우도 있음).
