A little update, as I've just serviced the car - which means it's done about 10k with me in around 6 months, so usual stuff really. Work mileage has gone down a smidge, but then 1800 miles were piled on in Scotland!It's been solid, until about a week ago when it seems the satnav has stopped picking up any satellites. The antenna lives in the bootlid, I've ordered a spare unit off eBay to try and fit as a first go as they're only £20. Not sure if they're a common failure? But the must get roasted by the bootlid looking where they're mounted, so perhaps a casualty of the heatwave/a million opening & closings of the bootlid.Only other thing to note, is I paid for an oil analysis for a bit of fun on this oil change (and also because N57 bottom end failures worry me) and it all seems fine, at least from what they've said!Recent pics below, from the NC500 (including the smallest car ferry ever - a pain with a 5m long car), caffeine and machine with a good friends 996, and the oil analysis for anyone as dull as me.Tiny ferry above Inverness!Some on the route pictures, genuinely a lot of nice beaches along the North of Scotland.And a bit of Caffeine & Machine, right opposite Loomies Cafe for anyone who bikes in the South of England And last but not least, some exciting oil analysis results!Look at all that dead space in front of the engine...Edited by CornedBeef on Tuesday 22 July 17:42
