증상
2008 혼다 어코드 2.2 디젤, 크랭킹은 되지만 시동이 걸리지 않음. 주행거리 240,000km. 약 9주 전부터 발생. 시동액을 분사하면 일시적으로 시동이 걸리지만 유지되지 않고 꺼짐. 배터리 문제 없음.
처리 내용
디젤 엔진은 연료, 공기, 압축 세 가지만 필요함. 간헐적 증상이므로 압축 문제는 낮은 가능성(확인 필요). 따라서 연료 또는 공기 문제일 가능성 높음. 진단 절차: 1) 공기 누수 점검 - 육안 검사 및 스모크 테스트 또는 시동액/카브 클리너로 엔진 주변 분사하여 유휴 변화 관찰. 2) 누수 발견 시 호스, 개스킷, 손상 부품 교체. 3) 연료 압력 확인 - 연료 펌프가 시스템에 압력을 공급하는지 점검. 앞서 정비사가 공기 흡입 문제를 해결한 것으로 보아, 인테이크 호스, 가스켓 또는 에어 누수 지점의 수리가 필요했을 것으로 판단됨.
