증상
2014 Acura TSX에서 서비스 정보 확인 결과 lower damper fork 너트(G)와 bolt(F)가 일회용 패스너로 지정되어 있음. 이들이 왜 일회용인지 궁금함. Stretch fit bolt는 아닌 것 같음. Top bolt(E)는 여러 번 사용 가능한 상태. SLA 서스펜션 구성으로 damper fork가 strut assembly와 LCA에 연결됨.
처리 내용
Top bolt는 strut의 notch를 통과해 fork의 thread에 들어가므로 항복점까지 토크되지 않으며, bolt가 풀려도 strut이 fork에서 빠지지 않음. 느슨해지면 딸깍거리는 소리로 경고됨. Lower bolt는 항복점까지 토크되기 때문에 두 번 사용할 수 없음. Prevailing torque nut은 일회용이며, 재설치 시 동일한 안전 보유 토크를 확보할 수 없음. 또한 이 bolt가 풀리거나 파단되면 매우 위험한 상황 발생 가능. 따라서 새 너트와 bolt로 교체 필요.

스티어링 랙에서 누유 발생. 랙을 교체(MAVAL Reman)했으나 파워 스티어링 어시스트가 작동하지 않음. 리저버는 깨끗해 보였지만 새 리저버로 교체해도 여전히 어시스트 없음.

3단에서 가속페달을 놓고 2단으로 다운시프트한 후 페달을 사용하지 않으면서 coast할 때 RPM이 특정 수준까지 내려가서 유지되거나, RPM이 계속 떨어져서 엔진이 스톨될 때까지 떨어지는지에 대한 질문. 차량이 시동 후 풀 스톨까지 페달을 건드리지 않으면 엔진이 스톨되는지 여부. 차량 종류에 따라 다른지 문의.
I am interested in buying plastic ones. For example, I'd like to know whether I should get the "regular" caps or special ones with the word TPMS in the product title. If we look at the two kinds of caps that are sold by a vendor, the bottom one is the TPMS pack and it also costs more. Thank you.
