증상
타이어가 빨리 닳고 있음. 앞 타이어는 페니 테스트에서 중앙 깊은 부분은 겨우 통과하지만 타이어 가장자리 쪽은 심하게 불통과. 뒷 타이어는 중앙 트레드는 쉽게 통과하지만 외측 끝부분에서 불통과.
처리 내용
테스트를 올바르게 수행하고 있음. 최소 트레드 깊이 2/32인치 기준으로 연속된 2개 홈에 최소 그 정도 이상의 트레드가 있으면 검사 통과. 현재 상태라면 검사는 통과하지만, 최소한 지금 당장 앞 타이어를 교체하고 뒷 타이어도 곧 교체해야 함. 가장 중요한 것은 불균형한 마모 문제를 해결해야 함. 타이어의 외측이 내측보다 더 빨리 닳는 것은 타이어 공기압 부족이 주된 원인일 가능성이 높음. 타이어 공기압을 정확한 수준으로 유지하도록 조정 필요.

Been and collected it this lunchtime after another test drive and I read the codes whilst out & about and thankfully zero issues Will collect the 18" alloys & winter tyres ASAP and then sell the 403Ms off; they've just been refurbed but a) I don't like them that much, b) not a fan of black wheels at all and c) the RFTs are crap Parts already been ordered (OEM velour mats and M Sport grilles via Cotswolds BMW) and a full oil & filter change kit etcThe parts list will continue to grow haha
