증상

RAM 2500에서 10,000lbs 5번째 휠러를 견인할 때, 여름 도로 열로 인해 타이어 PSI가 80PSI에서 90PSI로 증가함. 안전한지 또는 PSI를 5PSI 정도 낮춰야 하는지 확인 필요

처리 내용

Light Truck (LT) 타이어를 장착하고 있다면 문제없습니다. 제조사는 열 축적으로 인한 타이어 압력 증가를 이미 고려하여 설계했습니다. 이것이 바로 타이어 압력을 냉각 상태에서 측정하는 이유입니다. 열간 80PSI로 압력을 낮추면 과도한 구름 저항으로 타이어가 과열되어 더 빨리 손상되고 펑크 위험이 증가합니다. 도어 스티커의 지정 압력을 따르면 문제없습니다.

2019 Dodge Ram 5.7L HEMI, 100km 미만. 브레이크 작업 후 시운전 중 풀 스로틀로 0-70mph까지 한 번 가속 후 발생. 엔진 미스파이어 시작, 체크 엔진 라이트 깜박임. 리듬컬한 탭탭탭 소리 발생(collapsed lifter 유사음). 2/3 스로틀 이상에서만 발생, 정상 주행 시에는 미스만 있고 해머링음 없음.

스로틀 바디 경고등이 간헐적으로 깜박임. 문제 발생 시 크랭킹이 길어지고, 유휴 회전수가 변동하며, CKP(크랭크축 위치센서), 오일 압력, 스로틀 바디의 기준 전압이 2.7V로 표시됨. 인테이크 분해하여 하네스 확인했으나 이상 없음. 오일 센더(송유관) 및 크랭크 센서(도지) 교체함.
