새 차량 딜러십에서 인수 후 운전 중 배기가스에서 상당한 양의 흰색 연기가 발생. 가속할 때만 발생하며 뒷창 시야를 방해할 정도. 차량은 기아 씨드 1.6 GDi 휘발유 엔진. 주변의 다른 차량에서는 같은 현상이 보이지 않음.

전날은 정상 주행했으나 오늘 크랭킹은 되지만 시작 안 됨. 점화 ON 시 연료펌프 프라이밍 음이 들리지 않음. 다른 부분은 정상으로 보임.

기아 차량 갤러지 바닥에서 누유가 발견됨. Firestone 검사 결과 상부 오일팬 씰에 아주 작은 누유 발생 - 프레임 아래쪽에 흘러내려 가끔 떨어짐. 차량 주행거리 104,000마일. 누유 수리 견적 $2600 (트랜스미션 탈거 필요)

Kia 크루즈 컨트롤 키트 설치(플러그 앤 플레이) 후 시동이 걸리지 않음. 스타터에서 한 번의 클릭음만 발생하고 엔진이 회전하지 않음. 배터리 단자를 확인하고 청소했으나 차이 없음. 1000A 점프 스타트 키트 사용 시에는 정상 시동됨. 배터리 냉각 크랭킹 전류(CCA) 790A
